The project page provides the needed data to increase your ability to manage tasks in a project and the teams working on it.

Furthermore, system forecasts regarding costs and deadlines will allow you to predict if any tasks or projects will be delayed before they create any problems with the client or other teams involved.

Strategic data of this sort will permit you to make decisions based on the most up-to-date information possible.

You can also include a desired delivery date as the project deadline (1), data that will help predict any delays, generating an alert. Even if a project is not overdue, the Burnup Graph (5) will allow you to monitor its development speed.

You can also manually include the project budget (2). That addition will permit you to monitor whether the project is generating cash flow for the company or just draining funds – crucial data for making strategic decisions quickly and assertively.

The budget bar (3) is a good way to visualize costs. The green part of the graph refers to expenses incurred, including the extras (manually added by the administrator or anyone granted permission).

The colors remain the same: green for completed tasks/hours/costs, yellow for anything under development, and grey for those in the queue. Here is the best place to track budgeted x estimated x real costs.

A much-requested feature is a spending projection, or estimated costs (4), calculated by the system based on the tasks in a project and the hourly cost of each employee involved (registered by the account administrator under each user’s profile).

With the item project chat (6), you have two environments for exchanging comments: by selecting Project Members, messages are exchanged and viewed by the collaborators directly involved. Now, when the column Guests is chosen, the chat is made available to the members of your team and external guests who received an invitation (usually customers or partners).

This feature is great for keeping people updated about individual projects. Written communications are logged to allow participants to view any potential changes.

Last but not least, the system also warns users which tasks will be delivered after the desired delivery date or the project deadline. This feature allows you to anticipate and control delays!
