There are 4 types of users in Runrun.it:
Admin: manages the system and has access to all teams and reports;
Manager: can access all teams and reports;
Leader: can access only the reports, tasks and members of their own team;
Regular user: has access to their own tasks, team members, and clients and projects that their team can view.
The 4 types of users have different kinds of permissions on RunRun.it, in the chart below you can see who can see what on the Admin menu.
Note: The leader will only have access to information about his team.
