You can turn Runrun.it into a communication channel with your suppliers and/or customers. Registering them, you can use all the information and time spent in your tasks to make futures analysis.

You could be thinking: “my client will see all my company data?” Not necessarily! It is very simple avoid this.

First, you need to register your customer or supplier (Admin > Users), and don’t let them open tasks for anyone. They will just receive tasks.

Then, include a team (Admin > Teams). The leader of this team must be a person who will be in direct contact to supplier/customer. Thus, they will only receive information about tasks related to them.

This new user will be a regular user.
